If you didn’t know yet, I love Brit + Co. And by now, you should know I also LOVE Target! So when I found out two of my favorite brands were launching DIY kits, I had to get my hands on one ASAP.
I chose the metal stamp a necklace kit because I’ve been wanting to try metal stamping and this kit was a great value when looking at buying all the items individually.
My letter stamps were a little greasy when I removed them from the box, but I was able to easily wipe them down. When I stamped my necklace the back side got marked – I’m not sure if this is from the stamp showing through or if it got scratched on the metal block. You may want to try putting a piece of tape in between your block and necklace, this might prevent the mark if it is a scratch.
Overall, I really enjoyed this kit. It has everything you need and you can easily purchase more necklaces at your local craft store. My second favorite part about these kits? They each come with a code for a FREE Brit + Co online class! I have taken quite a few Brit + Co classes, and I’ve loved them all, so this is an awesome add-on.
