Spring is here – and so are spring blooms! I’ve been wanted a little greenery for my work desk, but I don’t have enough light to keep anything alive. My coworker found this cute DIY cactus rocks and we rounded up some of our coworkers to get crafting.
Here is my new cactus buddy:
We filled the base of the pot with rice to give it a little weight, then used a paper towel as a divider before filling the last inch of the pot with sand. We used wooden beads to add arms to the rocks and tissue paper as flowers.
I like how none of our cacti looks alike even though we all had the same supplies:
