We learned how to make fettuccine with alfredo sauce. Everything was very easy to make and tasted amazing! Here is a similar recipe to what we made, with the exception of letting the dough rest.
The alfredo sauce we made was very similar to this simple recipe. Our teacher said good cheese is what makes the sauce – so it’s worth it to get good Parmesan.
That’s it! I didn’t take many photos, nor are they very flattering, but you get the idea. This is a great class to take anyone to – your significant other, friends, or for Mother’s day!
